Decree No.2026/257 of 22 July 2026 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the Deutsche Bank of Spain, a combination loan, as Buyer's Credit, in the amount of 5 426 540.29 euros, or approximately 3.560 billion CFA francs, and as Commercial, Credit, in the amount of 857 132.55 euros, or approximately 562.279 million CFA francs, for the execution of additional works under the Yaounde Municipal Lake Tourism and Economie Development Project (Phase 1)
