Decree No.2026/170 of 04 May 2026 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the Deutsche Bank of Spain, a combination loan, as Buyer's Credit, in the amount of EUR 9 497 524.02 million, or approximately CFAF 6.230 billion, and as Commercial Credit, in the amount of EUR 1 204 936.63 million, or approximately CFAF 787,796 million, to implement the Project for the procurement of two fishing vessels and refurbishing of the facilities at the Youpwe landing site in Douala
