We are a group of researchers specializing in printing, silkscreen printing, computer graphics, industrial embroidery and legal documentation, all of which are well known. This portal was created at the request of our affected customers. Thus, LC-DOC is present in different sectors (Printing, screen printing, bookstore, computer graphics, training...). With a qualified staff, the latest technology equipment and an adapted framework, we are ranked among the leaders in the field.

After the distribution of the legal texts and the physical library, we are currently migrating to the digital version in order to always satisfy legal specialists and even all litigants from near and far.

The present digital library, which is open to subscribers with more than 35,000 files, contains:

• Treaties, Agreements, Conventions, Books, Dictionaries,
• TEXTS of laws of Cameroon since 1960 (Ordinances, laws, decrees, circulars, instructions, orders, memoranda, decisions, Jurisprudences CA-CCJA-CPI, ...)
• Texts by: UN, OAU, and AU; CEMAC; OHADA; OAPI; ECCAS; COBAC; CUSTOMS. (Cameroon, CEMAC, WCO, ...)

All updated.

We aim, thanks to a network of experts (Magistrates, Lawyers, Bailiffs, Customs officers, Tax specialists, Accountants ...), to comment on legal texts in the future. And even updating them.

For example :

• Law N°2006/015 of 29 December 2006 on the Judicial Organization of Cameroon as amended and supplemented by Law No 2011/027 of 14 December 2011;
• Ordinance No 81/002 of 29 June 1981 on the organization of civil status and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law N°2011/011 of 6 May 2011;
• Law N°2011/028 of 14 December 2011 creating a Special Criminal Court and its subsequent texts.
